Through a special arrangement with Kailua photographer Lisa Devlin, HawaiiNews.com now offers free Hawaii e-mail postcards. Visitors to the site can now send gorgeous images of the islands – from the Makapu`u Lighthouse to plumeria flowers to a striking beach sunset – to friends and family.

HawaiiNews.com, the latest incarnation of The Hawaii NewsList, is preparing for a “soft-launch” in January 2003. The site will survey the top stories in the islands as well as provide a variety of free services, such as photo classified ads and “e-greeting” postcards. It is hoped HawaiiNews.com will later add original features, from regular columnists to reviews.
