CrimeStoppers and the Honolulu Police Department request the public's assistance in locating and identifying a suspect who has cheated victims out of $8,000 on eBay. He uses the names Peter Ransom, Law Rence and Jeremy Jeremy Johnson, and since October of last year, there have been at least seven cases in which he's put electronic equipment and other related items up for auction but never shipped them after collecting payment.
